Hi,

I have lost an access to account because I forgot that I no longer use my old email that was assigned to the main gog account.
I have created a ticket to support centre but no response for 4 days yet.
How I can regain access to my gog galaxy account?

Unfortunately, that's not unusual. Support is very slow. You can expedite matters somewhat by providing proof of account ownership before being asked. That's things like order receipts, order numbers, the last 4 digits of the last credit/debit card used, etc.

There's a support article on this topic, but it doesn't really provide any useful information.
