so I decided to go for it and purchased a 1080ti from new egg seeing how they sent me a 210$ credit got
1080ti for only 850$, gotta love having a history with a company that they send you great deals. I'm loving it so far. as to the OP. all I can say is buyer beware, at those prices it's "too good to be true" I'm thinking that the card is refurbished and might have isues down the road, and seeing how it was purchased through a 3rd party warenty may not be included.

They're all gts450 and gtx 550s by the way the internet reviews say. Then they put the 1080 bios on them.

If you had no card, it's actually a good deal. Pop it in, flash the bios, and you have a cheap, decent gaming card.
