Hi,
A few days ago I bought Planescape : Torment because it was on sale.
But today, I received an exclusive discount code for the same game among other games thanks to the newsletter.
As the new deal looked better, I asked for a refund and got it.
But now, when I try to redeem the code for Planescape : Torment, the game is automatically excluded from the offer because it tells that I already own it, even though the game is not anymore into my Games library.
Is there a way to fix that or is the discount forever lost because of some sort of purchase history linking it to my account ?

PROBLEM SOLVED

The discount finally works ! I suppose that I just had to wait like many said.
Thanks all !

Thanks, but it didn't change anything.
Open a support ticket. It's unlikely they'll respond before the newsletter code expires, but maybe they can do something about the discount afterwards.

Wow, what a coincidence, the same thing happened to me a long time ago but with Neverwinter Nights (also part of the new discount).

I solved this connecting with private/incognito mode. However, it takes several hours for the refunded to disappear from "owned/in library". It worked after a few attempts here.

No need to hurry! This new discount only expires on Sunday! You should have plenty of time to buy it again after the refunded disappears.

Thanks, it didn't work untill now but maybe it could work after some time. But in my case the game dissapeared from my library instantly. If I wanted I could buy it again from the store right now. It's the discount page that detects that I still own it.

Good to know! Have fun Nameless One :)
We are glad to help! I think the several hours rule could be more like "the next day after the refund". It is important to be aware of this time window while asking for refund due to a discount.

In case you contacted the support, please consider replying the ticket with "#solved" without quotes (or whatever it is) to free their queue from a solved problem!
