It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

If they add accurate (mouse) bow aiming and fix the saving within sight of a trap bug, it should be quite enough. (While if they don't, it shouldn't count as a remaster.)

Hard but fair, this one, not overdoing it or adding artificial hindrances or limitations to make it worse.

idbeholdME: hopefully, they won't bump the price to something like $20 with an "exclusive" 15% release discount....

tfishell: I think you'll be disappointed, these remasters generally seem to take a decent jump up in price. But I'm open to this price jump being appropriate sometimes, people aren't working for free to make these remasters (unless there have already been fan-made patches and whatnot).
You mean “doing a Beamdog”.

KetobaK: A remaster version is coming to GOG and Steam (already available for pre order on Steam).
For years the game has been on a License Hell, pulled out of the stores in 2015, now is making a come back with a HD Remaster.
Nice
If it comes here/elsewhere I hope for a few things:

DRM free
No cut/censored content, and also no "content changed to suit modern sensitivities".
A decent price(maybe 15 bucks maximum)
The original version added as an extra/bonus download.
An easier way to use moves/weapon combos.

Given the history is remaster/remake pricing, i'm guessing they might try for 20.....though i'd be glad to be wrong on this.

rjbuffchix: Excellent news, sounds like a must-have. Get it here DRM-free asap!
I'll take it anywhere DRM free, tbh. Here, zoom-platform, etc.

CMiq: Seconded on the untouched original release hopefully being included with this updated version, like in Witchaven 1+2's case, as well. They could take the build GoG has been hosting for those that still had it in their library since the delisting and throw it in as an extra.
Someone should perhaps contact the devs/etc via social media and suggest this to them, I think.

If they do some actual work(that gamers couldn't do themselves with a few minutes of work) then I think a small but fair price jump would be acceptable.

That said, I remember a time when we'd get all the things we get in many remasters/remakes for free, by dedicated fans of the games. Now many seem to do it only for money. :|
