The Captcha app indicates that the website will scrape your (available) browsing history.

Fortunately, you can also submit tickets by email to support (at) gog (dot) com - your ticket will be classed as "General" and will (annoyingly) be auto-closed requiring you to respond in order to re-open it. But this has worked for myself and others as a means of contacting GOG support, though by no means a quick way.
