Necroing for one last question. What are some reliable e-retailer sites that ship to germany? Amazon has some problems shipping the 1070 gigabyte G1 right now.

Warum nicht Alternate.de oder Mindfactory.de? Sind doch gängige deutsche Hardware-Händler. Ich bestelle praktisch jede Hardware bei Alternate. Günstig, schnell und auch bei Reklamationen sehr zuvorkommend. Kann da nichts schlechtes zu sagen und billiger geht es meistens auch kaum (evtl. 5-10 €, wenn man die Versandkosten bei einem anderen Händler sparen kann).

Durch google bin ich auf mindfactory gekommen, hab aber noch nie von der seite gehört da bin ich immer etwas paranoid. Alternate scheint auch nicht die gigabyte version auf lager zu haben.

The faster the RAM the better.
CPU waste so much cycles idle waiting for data, that just increasing RAM speed will improce overall system speed.

You could have bought different mobo, at least with USB 3.1 and better audio codec. Also you didn't have to bother with CPU cooler since you got non-K version. Waste of money if you ask me. Other than that, pretty much good pc.

I'm having a bit of trouble with steam right now nothing serious, for some reason it doesn't want to update my games I tried most fixes but got nothing, I don't know if it's a steam issue or if i need to change some settings in windows.

Have you tried to (settings - download) clear download cache?

Yeah, tried changing servers, opting in and out of beta, firewall exceptions, starting in admin mode. None of that worked. I'll try to figure it out tomorrow, maybe just a reboot will do.
