I just bought a new game but it is not appearing as owned games. Anyone have any thoughts?

Could try an account refresh, if you got the confirmation that the purchase went through. If you didn't yet, the support article says that it can take up to two hours. If more than two hours passed and the refresh doesn't work, it's time to contact support... If you can get that infuriating bot to let you. And who knows when they'll get around to answering.

Sometime it takes a while to process our purchases. It happened to me before. :o

Are you looking through galaxy or browser, try two.

Fortunatelly never happened to me. But you can check your email for the notification, the bank account to see if the charge was done, see the Order history in your account settings, see in your game section or try an account refresh.

Sometimes in galaxy games don't show me as owned but it is a minor bug.

If you purchase a bundle, the bundle will appear as owned, not the individual games, but if it's on your library and you have a ticket then is yours
