What happened with rest?
-ABOUT
-COMMUNITY
-SUPPORT

Where is now the entry for the blog for example?

To myself: It is some zoom/font_size thing
If adjust the zoom, the regular menus show up

That's GOG doing something right, responsive design, adapting the view to the viewport instead of forcing something designed for one kind of device on everyone...
Don't think it's new, is it? But seems to only scale down and apply to the menu though, not also up and to the whole page, displaying more at once and/or making more reachable with a single click if the space is available.

You have the screen set to a smaller width (maybe two tabs open side-by-side?).
When you do that, it puts the menus together.

The "blog" is inside the "Community" menu.
