Hello when I log into the game on desktop it gets to the main menu and when I choose 4k resolution it just freezes and remains unresponsive, can someone please help me sort out this problem , help would be really good, thankyou

I'd suggest looking in the Neverwinter Nights sub forum as it's reasonably active.

If there isn't already a solution I'm sure someone there will be able to help :)

Did you check out the game specific forum? Usually that's where I find the most helpful info.
