I own an hp stream just wondering if anyone has played this game on it, and was there any frame lag ?

When you get there, the actual specs of your (what appears to be a) laptop would be a plus instead of a general comment about a namebrand. A general rule of any forum is specifics are preferred over a paraphrase.
