I bought 5 Piñata's on 8/18/2017 I never received them, I contacted support and followed there directions
and they did not work, I was told to wait until today and I would receive my games automatically
this still has not happened. the hub said 9:59pm UTC its now 11:35pm UTC

don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point, this is very frustrating
I have been an avid supporter of GOG for years but this is ridicules...

Contact Support again, and explain what's going on. Quote the previous ticket number as well for reference.
don't worry you either way gonna ger your pinatas or a refund - maybe support was just swamped with the after pinata backlash tickets and yours got somehow "lost" - i would just contact them again
