i just installed the game and it runs way to fast i have forced v-sync and enabled triple buffering and even set to run on one core but to no avail appericiate any help thank you

Hmm,...my initial reaction was to point you to the game's subforum, in case somebody else had the same problem (and hopefully a solution to it), but it seems there exists no such subforum?

EDIT: it seems as if all the SNK games are under one subforum: https://www.gog.com/forum/snk

i have figured it out i have a 120hz monitor i set the refresh rate to 60hz and now everything is working fine thank you

Based on your initial post I assume you already found this post: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/neo_turf_masters_running_way_to_fast

Since you say you tried forced v-sync and triple buffering. Without knowing more about the emulation it would be hard to offer much more... I don't have the game so I can't attempt any testing unfortunately.
