To the support staff,
I need to change my email address, as my current one has had hacking attempts, in the last 48 hours, and because of this it has been disabled. Your virtual chat assistant, is about as useful as a chocolate kettle, so I am not going through that torture again, and would like an actual person to deal with this.
If I try to do this myself, because of the 2-step protection, a code will be sent to the disabled email account, so I am stuck in what I can do.
