Maybe I'm missing something, but does your computer start normally now? Because, BSOD can happen every once in awhile, but unless you get them more frequently than the two you mentioned, you shouldn't worry. If your computer starts and runs stable from now, I would say you're should be just fine.

Unless Microsoft has dramatically changed the way Event Viewer works in Win 10, I would recommend you use BlueScreenView, which is a much more accurate way of determining the cause of BSODs.

UPDATE, did the ROG test, and had CPU temps thing on. It did about 3 runs and crashed on the 4th, with a different blue screen error
. This was using benchmark not stress test btw. Temps didnt seem to go above 50.

different error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

here's from the ROG results page

Running the stress test for the past 30 minutes cpu temps staying below 65, GPU went as high as 91, noticed some dust, cleared that up and it's now at 87 max

it lasted an hour roughly in this test the crashed gave the same error as the above post.

does this help narrow down the problem?

Might this be caused by an electrical surge? Most of us forget about protecting it against electricity problems. They are the most dangerous for our devices, as they happen rarely, unforeseeable and are fatal for our devices. I had a friend who had both the PC and the Xbox connected to the same power surge cable. When the cable was damaged, both his devices had to suffer. They didn't break but needed to be repaired. Since then I bought two surge protectors, one for my PC and another one for the TV. Although I never had similar problems before, hope they'll never happen.
