"Yesterday (Friday) I bought four Stellaris DLCs, but at the time of finalizing the purchase, the power went out at home, the amount was debited, but I can't download my DLCs or ask for a refund"

Sorry to reply in english, but since this is an international forum I'll use the "Lingua Franca" here:

Didn't you receive an email? Whenever you buy a game you automatically should receive a confirmation email from GOG. If you didn't receive it maybe there was no communication between your bank and GOG store. Your bank deducted the value but GOG didn't receive it. But I don't know if this is even possible. So the fault could be on GOG's part, or your bank.

If anyone reading this has any more ideas, please post your comments.

that's the problem, I didn't receive an email, I didn't receive anything, so far I just lost money on a product I didn't receive

Na pior das hipóteses, eu desconfio que, se você entrar em contacto com algum membro da equipa do GOG e mostrar um comprovativo da transferência, eles talvez consigam devolver o seu dinheiro ou transferir os DLCs para a sua conta.


Worst case scenario, I suspect that if you get in touch with a member of the GOG team and show proof of the transfer, they may be able to return your money or transfer the DLCs to your account.

Entre em contato com o suporte do GOG e mostre que a compra foi debitada ,e por via das dúvidas entre em contato com o paypal também.
