Didn't you receive an email? Whenever you buy a game you automatically should receive a confirmation email from GOG. If you didn't receive it maybe there was no communication between your bank and GOG store. Your bank deducted the value but GOG didn't receive it. But I don't know if this is even possible. So the fault could be on GOG's part, or your bank.
