Back in late 1999 my neighbor got a PC and there was a game pre-installed on it and I am curious what it was.

It was a just demo, and since it was basically one of the first 3D games we ever played, and first time we used a PC, we didn't even manage to finish the first level. Then he deleted it or something.

I don't remember much:
- it was a demo and it was December 1999, it was on PC
- the game is a 3D game from third person perspective, possibly a platformer-like game.
- I'm 90% certain the main character was humanoid and had something orange on him, either it was his clothes or his hair, I'm not sure.
- I'm 99% certain the demo level was set on the beach, and you had to enter a building or some structure that was partially in the sea. We never got inside.
- On the beach I think there was one or more female police officers(or something) in blue uniform, kinda looked like the one in first Pokemon TV series.
- There might have been red and white sunshades or balls on the beach to jump higher, but this part I may have remembered wrong.

I looked at some photos of Outcast, since the guy wears a orange shirt, but I don't think it was it. I think the game was more cartoony than that.

Arcanum?
Perhaps Little Big Adventure 1 or 2?
Starshot: Space Circus Fever, maybe?
1999?

Rayman 2: The Great Escape perhaps?

Nevermind, I think 227 found it! :D

Pong?
Yes this is it, no doubt about it ! Even though it was 16 years ago, I remembered everything more or less correctly. Thanks :)
It doesn't look like it was a very popular game, I wonder how many people here heard about it ?

I certainly never have. But it also seems like it was a port of a console game.
Oh wasn't that a weird N64 game?
Never knew there was a port of it.
