Since you put it out for display I'll take this one:
Floor plans / Kit Ballard / Philippines
Edit - Couple notes though, which is that after digging a bit I have 1 x 9 x 7 vs. your 1 x 9 x 6, so I still show 3 possible guesses.
A few possibilities present:
1) One of those 3 final guesses is right
2) The consensus has eliminated something that should still be on the board. Anti-DRM, e.g.
3) Someone has guessed the right answer recently and _Slaugh_ is away doing human things like sleeping/working/eating, whatever
4) someone guessed the right answer prior and it wasn't recorded. Though testing that would require going through and comparing Slaugh's pdf to someone else's. And I'm not super inclined to prioritize that ;)

That's what I assumed at first as well, since geopolitically it doesn't tend to fall into any 'eurasia' exception.
But from a geographical/geological view it arguably does, as it's part of the 'Eurasian Steppe.' [In Hungary the 'Puszta'] Is that a strong sell? Probably not, but at this point most alternative options would seem to have even weaker arguments.
Anti-DRM would tend to have a stronger argument just based on the hints, maybe, except that it seems the Slaugh was deliberately pointing at the interpretation that it's out.
