Trying to install Myst V and it sticks at 91%. I have deleted the download and tried again but still no joy, tried searching through GOG and Googling but still no joy. Does anyone know of this problem?
All suggestions are greatfully received except for "Buy it on Steam" :)

Have you made sure nothing is being blocked by any security software?

Tends to happen to me every so often, plus always remember to run as admin like a proper beast

What is your OS? Are you installing via Galaxy or using the offline installers?

Sometimes games will install a version of DirectX or something like that mid installation and you have to give some additional clicks for it to complete. If you for some reason missed the pop up, the installation would hang at a given percentage as you described.

Disabled my AV and just the same.

Use the offline installers, download them all fully then install from those and you can back those up too.

I agree with this. I don't use Galaxy myself but when I tried it I quickly ran into a couple of games that didn't gel with it.

Where would I get the offline installers?

Scrap that, found them :)

I will try to install from them and hopefully.........

Once again, thanks for your help.

I also have this issue and have only been able to work around it using the offline installers.
This is a shot in the dark, but try installing it somewhere that isn't Program Files.

Default location for GOG games is now not program files, it was pointed out to me as that’s the first thing I suggest. Never install anything to program files or x86.

I have a separate drive for GOG games as I do for each of my games clients so nowhere near the system drive. As it installed directly and error free, its something I wont forget just incase...
