It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Just like the title says I'm using this to store stuff I run across IRL or online. Why? Because I forget things and I always have a GoG tab opened so what better place. Can I comment and post here? Sure I don't care. Again I'm personally using this thread to store stuff that I'll later research more or just find amusing..... Fuck I have like 60 bookmarks so you see my dilemma. So in conclusion this thread won't make sense but at least you the viewer will have a small window into the crap I find interesting.

You do realize that if everyone did that, the first 10 pages on the forums would be inundated with 'bookmark' threads which would be supremely annoying for people who come here to have a discussion right?

I really can't. I probably have hundreds of bookmarks, most semi-organized in different folder and subfolders, many also just dumped into the generic default "other bookmarks" folder (which probably contains, all by itself, more than 60 bookmarks).
Of course, you can do what you want, it's your thread, etc., etc., but it seems like you're making a lot of work for yourself to store links in a way that's far less efficient and far less flexible than just opening your browser's bookmark manager (Ctrl + Shift + B in Firefox) and doing a little organizing.

I prefer using tabs when possible, because too many stored links become forgotten links lol.

Github Gist would be another good one. Not specifically for bookmarks - just anything you want to write and keep track of.
I've been using evernote, but they've recently changed policy and it's getting really annoying so I may change to some of the other options around here.
