My game suddenly stop working completely although I never had any problem with it. Anybody knows why?

Maybe the latest W10 update messed up your graphics card software like my Radeon one . Reinstall it .

I have GeForce 980. I reinstalled the game and it is working again. But I must set my mods again.

"Stopped working" does not really say anything. What happens, does it start at all, any error messages etc. It's much harder to debug if your using mods, any conflict there might cause issues (in saves as well). Need to isolate it down a bit more.

This isn't surprising. Most Bethesda games are built out of cheap glue and twigs, under the hood.
