It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Is this happening to anyone else?

Edit: Thanks to Lifthrasil below, logging out, clearing cookies, restarting browser fixed it!

The currency thing has affected several of us, though I can't remember whether anyone else noticed it including missing wallet funds. Try putting something in your shopping cart and going to the checkout page; if that doesn't fix things, all I can suggest is contacting Support.

I can't fathom from your pictures if this is the same issue, but I recently brought something whilst in Switzerland which added wallet funds, when I returned to the uk and went to buy something else it wiped the Swiss currency wallet funds. It's all part of the very broken website and unlikely to change. Not much you can do about it except only buy in one country, heck they can't even fix the ip based language change!

The wallet balance is separate for each currency so if for some reason the wrong currency is detected for you a balance of 0 is correct.

First try this: Log out from GOG and leave the website, then clear all cookies and your browser cache and restart the browser . Go back to GOG and log in.

If that isn't enough to set your currency back to what it should be try the following: Make sure you are not using any VPNs and that your browsers privacy mode is off. Log in to GOG, put any game into the cart and go to checkout. You don't need to buy anything just going to the checkout is enough.

That should reset your currency options to what is possible for your country and you should be able to select the correct currency again which will also make the balance for that currency reappear.
I have no problem switching between currencies but i cannot access my GOG wallet. -.-

Yes, as others have said these two things are related. If you are stuck on the wrong currency (i.e. not the one your wallet funds are stored in), your wallet funds are inaccessible. They are only valid for purchases in the same currency.

So:
- logout, clear cookies, restart browser, log in again
- if that doesn't help, edit the locale cookie by hand. You'll need some cookie manager (every major browser has an extension for that)
- or try faking a different location via some VPN

...or wait for support to fix your problem. But the three options above should be quicker.

gog creates a handful of cookies, one of which stores the information about your language and currency settings.

Yes but how does clearing it help?
I guess, if you clear the cookies gog gets your current location from your ip and sets the location and currency accordingly

Exactly. Sometimes GOG gets stuck on the information saved in some cookie. But if you delete that, you force GOG to create a new, non-broken cookie.
