99% it was a stolen key purchased through a 3rd party reseller.

GOG doesn't do a very good job at communicating in this situation. They just cancel the game and ignore you.

How do I know if I have to wait endlessly for a religious appearance by GOG?

probably, but that would show at least some respect for your long time customers
On a side note, I'm playing offline and GOG keeps registering my progresses and achievements, while I still don't have the game on my list. Still no words from GOG support

Do you know what "offline" means? It means that you're not connected to the internet.
Playing offline is not the same as "not actively using online features". So... unplug the ethernet cable, disconnect wifi, or use a firewall if you don't want software to "phone home".

KaraMong: Hello there, some days ago a friend of mine gave me as a Christmas present a copy of Cyberpunk2077, but since yesterday my copy completely disappeared from my "Owned Games", both on GOG website and GOG Galaxy.
I opened a ticket and the bot told me to refresh my account, which I did but to no avail. I literally don't know who to ask since I highly doubt after the bot response someone from the support is going to reach for me and the ticket clearly says that a reply won't work.
If your friend maybe got it from a reseller that starts with a G and ends in A with a number in between, you should know that they have a reputation.
