Last year I installed Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishment and ran into a common problem that caused the game not to play. I tried all the tricks posted online and even got my computer guru son-in-law involved but nothing worked. The other day I installed the game and it works with no issues (so far). Same computer both times.

I take back half the things I said about Frogwares and GOG. Love the Sherlock Holmes games and enjoying this one.
