I don't know for how long this has been deactivated now but I would really like to know if "My activities" in the support section will ever be reactivated so you can see your open tickets again without having to login into your E-Mail account anymore.

For some tickets I don't have the E-Mail with the link to it anymore so I can't see if anyone from the support team has actually replied or if the status of the tickets has been changed behind my back again which has been the case in the past.

Would be nice if someone from the GOG team could give me an answer.

Not unless GOG decouples their support from Zendesk, the FANDOM of helpdesk solutions.
Sadly, doesn't seem to be the case. If it's necessary, just open up a new ticket. If you are not having success in a particular section, changing the department you are emailing to does help, I believe.

This place is a deathtrap!
Don't think the answer changed from the initial one, when it was disabled, over a year and a half ago. Intentionally disabled, no ETA on reenabling... which likely was PR speak for won't be reenabled but we won't come out and say it.
