I picked this game up in the sale, and glad I did. This game is fun!! Hopefully they will come out with a soccer (futbol) game some day too.

I am going to try a season, and before I do, does anyone know where the saved game folder is? I like backing up my games if possible. For the Witcher 3, it was under Documents\Witcher 3 if I recall correctly, but for this this game, it is not located there. I did not see it under the directly installation folder, tough I could have missed it there too.

Normally I would post this under the game forum, but there are only three threads there, and with the sale, I was hopeful that someone would see this.

I don't have an answer but I have been debating if I should get this all day. The $20 is a little steep but I am huge american football fan and of course, I love mutants. :D

The price is a bit steep for the game considering some of the games you can get on GOG for that money, and would presumably play longer, but the reason why I got it was due to the customization. Having not played the game before, or fully understanding all the levels of the game (killing, dirty plays, stadium effect), I discovered that the game can be customized for an easier play, no dirty effects, death only lasting a game instead of a season, etc., so that convinced me to get the game, so I can change what I need to learn the game before going into a full season. Once I get the hang of it, I can then put it to default. It also has a nice practice mode, so you can practice offense or defense, as well as just a one time game play.

And as far as the mutants go......the names are quite funny. :)

You know those are all parodies of real football players, and all the teams (including colors) are parodies of real teams, right?

Wham Neutron = Cam Newton

And there IS a season? That's important to me.

Just bought it. As a rabid football game this game is worth twice what I paid, but I have one small problem.

To answer you question, though I am sure you found out by now, there is a season, and there is an option to skip a season, and go into the playoffs.

Offense and special teams was ok to pick up, but I am still working on defense. Still a very fun game!

BTW, I just noticed the DLC doesn't add two teams, it replaces two teams, which kind of sucks. Think I'll play without it.
