What are the must have games on gog? Every genre is welcome

For me
Elder scrolls series
Og deus ex games
Leisure suit larry games
Escape from monkey island franchise
Baldurs gate Games
Divinity Franchise
Pathfinder games
System shock games
Myst games
Diablo
Witcher games
Ruiner
Might and magic franchise
Wasteland games
I would name any game that you can't have anywhere else.

Like Warhammer 40,000 Chaos Gate or Neverwinter Nights 2.

There is no such thing as a "must have" game on GOG, nor anywhere else.

Not all people like all games.

I, for example, think a whole lot of the games listed in the OP are crap.

Maybe that's why OP said "for me".
Fictorum is a game you must have, even if you don't like it. Buy it anyway. :)
Anything I currently own on GOG is obviously a must have. Sure there were some that I got free, but there's a lot more that I bought over other stuff that is still sitting on the wish list. My GOG profile is open because it's just games.

There's a ton of stuff on my wishlist, but the stuff that I would be the most inclined to purchase over everything else on the wishlist is as follows:
1) D&D Ravenloft Series
2) Inkulinati
3) Cold Hearts
4) Littlewood
5) Any LucasArts or Double Fine adventure game on my wish list
6) Fights in Tight Spaces
7) Unpacking
8) Hidden through Time
9) The Alters (which I'm trying to not get my hopes up about as I'm on a laptop with integrated graphics & system requirements haven't been announced yet)

It would have been nice if ChristophWr and others said what and why those games are must haves.

Some games are objectively better than others or have some other criteria that makes the stand out like Myst for being a historical example of early prerendered games.

I'm going to be away for a few hours, but I'll do this when I get back - both games I own on gog and the wishlist.

Surprised that no one mentions Blade Runner :)

You can buy it separately instead of the steam bundle version.
My 5 favorite games of all time are on GOG so...

Morrowind
Fallout 1
Thief 2
Deus Ex
Fallout New Vegas

However I don't think any game is really a must have, it depends on the genres you're into. I have zero interest in the best racing game ever made, for example.

That's racist!

Blade Runner Enhanced Edition includes the original, and they're both priced the same. If you already own the original, I don't think the enhanced edition is worth it even with the -50% discount. But otherwise, might as well get it.

Neigh!...
I'd say that every person on the Earth must see/play The Witcher 3, whether he/she plays videogames or not. Even if this is the only videogame that he/she will eventually play in his/her lifetime.

Or let's just say that someone is 80 years old and thinks "I've become 80 and I see my grandchildren sitting in front of a screen! How are they spending their time? What are they doing? I should ask them!". And his grandchildren have to tell him "Do you want to listen to our advice? Sit here, grandpa, and play Witcher 3. Just that.".
