Hi,
When I play Commandos in full screen there's a mouse scroling so that it's easy to point and click everywhere on the map.
I learned on Gog how to play in 16bit to have it in windowed mode but then there's no more mouse scrolling and I must use the keyboard to move through the map.
Is there a turn around please?
Thank you

Probably not. You'd be better off asking in the game-specific forum though.

Out of curiousity though, why do you want it in a window BTW? In order for scrolling to work, the game would have to do a window grab, which would prevent you from moving the mouse outside of the game window until you exit the game. If you couldn't move the mouse outside of the game window, there wouldn't be much use to running it in a window that I can think of.

The only way I could think of for wanting to run a game in a window, would be if it was minesweeper or solitaire or similar, or if you had a 120" monitor or something. I've got a 30" display and I want my games to run at a size of 38", not in a window. :)

It's useful to take a note while playing. With a windowed game you can leave notepad aside. In this case I find Commandos a bit slow. I though that if I used vram it would be smoother but I was wrong. To take note is the main purpose.

Doesn't ALT-TAB work?

ALT-TABing old games just makes them angry.

Depends on the game. Also, sometimes switching a game from fullscreen to borderless window mode stabilizes ALT-TAB. If a game does not have support built into it for doing that there are 3rd party programs that can add that ability to most games.

Since we're talking about Commandos here though and not just any old game, I installed it just now via Galaxy and launched it and immediately it pukes with "DIRECTX 5 NOT FOUND!"

Good job GOG, good job.
