Will games currently available on GOG still be available for purchase after the release of Mortal Kombat Legacy Collection?
I asked the magic 8-ball, https://magic-8ball.com/.

It said: "My reply is no". So sorry, it seems not
That'd be something to ponder when the Kollection is officially or unofficially confirmed for release on GOG, but not before?

What makes you think its coming anytime soon here or is this a worry when it gets on other storefronts and if not on gog the versions here will go and get delisted ? I am serious in asking this because quite frankly as far as I am aware there is no signs whatsoever of the game even maybe coming here

Which honestly given Digital Eclipses track record on Gog I kinda don't want them to have any games showing up here unless the older versions get delisted .. Seriously they are a dev and publisher that repeatedly drops a game here and updates maybe afew times a game then stops all together while other platforms (all drmed ones) keep getting updates or they do update the games but don't put the Dlcs here yet put em everywhere else thats drmed.. Which they always sight the same excuse for both as ''Technical difficulties ''

Also what games that they have put elsewhere we still have the stand alone versions listed here so I don't think the older versions we have will be delisted any time soon

If this collection is part of the Gold Master Series then there is a good chance of it showing up. However this Kollection will feature online multi player which other collections so that may be an issue if they are planning to just use Steam functions for Online.

Another issue would be that Digital Eclipse has been spotty here on GOG as the DLC and upgraded versions of Atari 50 have yet to be released and may never get released here for some reason.

The versions already here should be okay as these are the PC versions of the games and those don't seem to be included in the Kollection.

Best thing we can do is vote:

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/mortal-kombat-legacy-kollection

Also through this one in for more votes

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/mortal-kombat-komplete-edition-2012

If GOG could get this one that would help gain more ground as there is demand to see this one again.

Almost all the games they are involved in if not all of them here they have dropped the ball in updating I hear that are laking updates that matter anyway.. as I don't have all of them and the ones I do have either was completely patched up before showing up here or was a case I didn't know they was a problem for Drm-free releasing for the most part .. Atari collection prime example ..

Granted I did buy the Tetris collection too but that's because I assumed in that case it'd no get any games added later because you know its a tetris collection didn't seem like there would be any added in a update or DLC and apparently if what I heard of a update is true then there was ones added in a update later and seems we have as far as I am aware we have yet to get it

Tetris Forever is up to date as far as I'm aware:
https://www.gogdb.org/product/1788650210#changelog

In regards to the Atari Collection they mentioned technical difficulties adding in the additional games.

If true then good

as for the technical difficulties eh thats been DE go to excuse for all the games they do not treat right and seems to be a ''problem'' they only have on Drm-free games .. in fact it seems Disney in fact had to step in so we'd get the full package of the Disney classic collection as DE had stated the same thing on that collections DLC and then after enough noise suddenly we had the old version pulled and version with the dlc baked in for users to buy here

Edit redownloading to see if the Tetris games that was added in the other versions are indeed here as if true then I actually might give DE some props for actually doing what they should

If that is the case they could just release the new completed version of Atari 50 with the included DLC then offer owners of the original a large discount.

Would result in having to download 12GB all over again which may be what they're still trying to avoid by rolling out a much smaller incremental content patch instead.
Which might be not as trivial as we think.

Eh that'd not be a big issue as at least then we'd get the content here and it'd improve the image most have of them currently

Honestly it is better than missing the content completely.
