I am told that I can play Morrowind on Android but I don't know how to install it. Can anyone help?

I doubt you're going to be using a x86 emulator nor a Xbox emulator... Then it comes down to home port re-writes of the engine.

Though looking i do see a android port.

It's basically going to come down to downloading the android port of OpenMW, then extracting the Morrowind files and copying them as depicted in the guide. This is likely going to take a little work.

there is a lame very boring elders scrolls game for mobiles ,probably they meant that not the actual morrowind
