Bought a star, but it’s not showing in my “show me my stars” paypal payment has been successful as well, so money gone from account, anyone else had problems?

Contacted support on Wednesday, but still not heard anything back ?

How long do support requests like this normally take?

Refresh the star page, sometimes they don't show straight away, check spam box of email, never know.
Or log into the support page and see if you have a reply there.
During a sale traffic will be high, expect it to be a tad slower.

I’ll try to PM someone. It’s very strange, have always had quick replies from the support team in the past, which is why it’s so weird not getting anything back after 4 days.

I know it’s only £3 and the game will probably be something I won’t play, but it was worth a punt

I just had a ticket that took four days to get back to me.

They maybe behind due to all those games folks are getting out of the stars and having to return.
