Hi all,

I bought The Witcher 3 when it was first released and completed it.
I've since tried downloading the expansion packs but can't do so because my library is empty (no main game, can't get the expansions).

I've tried relogging and refreshing my account, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?

Do you use multiple accounts?

Any chance you accidentally set it to "hidden" while messing around with tags and so forth?

Other than that, this is something GOG's support could probably clear up quickly, if you open a ticket.

I did buy the game on GOG - when I click on the icon in Windows it opens GOG and I see it on the left of my client, but in the library its empty.

I do not use multiple accounts, and don't think i've set it to hidden ... so...

How do i open up a ticket?

He said that he did buy it on GoG, so it seems as if he didn`t trade with someone else.
But on the other hand, it sounds weird. Hm, wasn`t there some thread a year ago about missing games from the library?
If I remember right, there was a problem with the "Hide Games" option.
