I was thinking more all that lovely cookie data as no one seems to clear cache and cookies on exit, or all those lovely personal documents people keep on their machine. A simple example, recently apple (and android?) silently installed a new feature in their OS update which allows tracking and between phone communication, it’s off by default currently, but there was no mention of this anywhere. Do you read all the documentation that comes with every product, monitor every update?
It's a joke about how no one really cares. I mean, I know you care, and some other small amount of people, but no one in general cares about this kind of thing. it is what it is. You can't force people to care about things they don't care about.
