Fairfox: Whaaat do you mean by "send them" Galaxy?
you take galaxy, put it into an envelope, write the address of microsoft on it, glue a postage stamp on the envelope and put it into the mailbox

Incorrect.

You compress your Galaxy folder (right-click, Send to Compressed Folder), then attach it to Microsoft as a bug report.
Weird, I've never had that issue. When was the last time you updated the definitions?

Are you using a really, really, really outdated version of Windows, like 2000?

It pops up a window asking me to send them galaxyclient.exe and galaxyclientservice.exe like every hour or so
I don't care about sending them or not sending them but how do I just have this popup box stop happening

Yeah, that'd probably do it.

Ouch. Might find some update tips in this thread from a while back: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/windows_7_update_woes/page1

Repair or System File Checker, use Googly for steps.

If you just want to turn off error reporting, it's in the Action Center (type that in to Run).

Action Center settings, then Problem reporting settings and change it there.

But you really should fix the update issue regardless.
