2018 release, so plenty of time to build new system if need one ;)
So basically 4A Games decided to finish what GSC Game World began and make a STALKER 2 using Metro.

And he looked upon the world and saw that it was good...
Someone made a wishlist entry; unfortunately, it's phrased a bit redundantly.

I'm so happy for this, i wasn't expecting it at all, and the best thing is that at the end of the trailer, you can clearly hear the girl shouting Artyom, so they decided to keep his story going. I'm really super happy atm xD
Glad to see a new Metro title and look forward to it, as of this moment the game looks kinda meh though.

Is the game going to be much more demanding than the previous games?

EDIT: I just watched the trailer and now I understand why people will need a powerful PC to play this game. The graphics and gameplay look amazing.

The footage shown off was far, far too scripted to be from a legitimate playthrough.

Hope it ends up here though.

That's always the way pre-release.
Only have to look at Shadow of war & similar to see that's it's the "norm" these days.
Probably done so that you don't see anything too fast that makes it look like frame rates skipped etc.

Also looked like it was via a controller /shudder.

Oh, another one that was clearly scripted... No mans sky, & we all know how that turned out...
All aboard the Hype Train. :p
So freaking hyped for this, can not wait. Now for a

another playthrough of the first two to get me ready.

The trailers for the first two games were also scripted but both games turned out amazing in the end.
You know, I've been wondering if we might see Metro Exodus here on release, considering Deep Silver is now owned by THQ Nordic. After all, Nordic's own games seem to be all day-one releases on GOG.

Then again, none of Deep Silver's back catalog has been released here since their acquisition in February. *shrug* Still, I like to be optimistic about this, especially since the Metros are some of my very few favorite modern FPSeses. ... I also wouldn't mind seeing the rest of Red Faction franchise being released on GOG while we're at it. *crosses fingers for the remaster*
