I am unfortunately unable to use my main account at them moment because I have been locked out of using my email address for that account they are claiming that I am not the owner of that email address so I was wondering and hoping if there's a way to merge my main account with my second/backup account, and have all of the saves from my games moved on and over to that one?

The answer is a resounding No.

Sorry to hear that you have lost immediate access to your main account. Maybe something can be done to recover it, before any attempts are made to merge something with something else to create some kind of Frankenstein account?

In any case, this is not the right place to ask. This is the (lightly moderated) community forum where regular users / GOG customers can talk to each other.

Your case is best submitted to the official GOG customer support. I'm sure they will try their best to help you. Be prepared to provide some kind of proof to your claims however.

The account you posted from was created in August 2018. If it's really not your main account, then you inexplicably created a second account instead of opening a support ticket, then spent 7 years accumulating games there. As pointed out in the reply above, there's no way to merge accounts or transfer games between them.
