I cant play this game with my xbox 360 control its going out of control. i don;t have this trouble in other games. it works fine with keyboard

It is quite an old game, from an era when XBox 360 controllers didn't exist yet. So it may well be it simply doesn't work with the gamepad.

I have played MR3 shortly a year or two ago, I don't recall for sure what kind of controller support it had but i presume it supports older DirectInput joysticks (XBox 360 gamepad is a XInput-controller).

Not sure if "XPadder" or some such utility would help you? I've understood XBox360 gamepad owners have used XPadder to make their gamepad work with older Windows games.
