Medal of honor installed correctly on my machine (using wine ) but when I launch it it gives a blank black screen possibly due to resolution , I also tried to update newconfig.cfg in main by setting width and height as below
seta r_customwidth 1920
seta r_customheight 1080
seta r_mode -1
but it doesn't work

You're talking about MoHAA, right? From my personal experience it's just easier to use Adamhm's Wine wrapper than to set it all up myself.

Depending whether you have an integrated GPU you may have no luck there. Yes, even with Wine. Without that this is a typical result as the game looks for a dedicated GPU. Yay, early 2000s BS hardware restrictions in software!

No it doesn't. The game runs just fine with integrated GPU. The game doesn't know or care whether your GPU is integrated or not.

You probably need to patch the bug out of the binary or tell your GPU drivers to advertise an extension string from 2002 or so.

I've posted my one-byte patch before but I don't know if it is sufficient in every case.
