About 4 seconds in, left lower corner :
he for sure aims a rifle directly into the crowd in front of him, but can't make out if he is actually shooting as the camera turns away. What do you guys think? Only the 20 first seconds are worth watching, the guy is gone when the camera turns back and the firing stops.
I think that other link you posted pretty much nailed it, so this one may well be legit.

Kinda ironic that if this attack was done by a political organization, politicians would be screaming about terrorism and no expense would be spared in tracking down the culprits, but seeing as it's just individuals no one gives a shit. Oh America

It looked to be a Metro police officer who had his gun ready with his flashlight on when the gunman opened fire again. He got down just like everyone else. He was likely there as security for the event when the sniper opened fire given he was wearing the bright colored vest - what metro uses for basic patrol on the Strip so they are easily identifiable but not so great when in this situation.

MaGo72: It is an article, you do not have to watch the vid, Tiny. You can read it, but it can also be a false conclusion which the author draws.
I don't see the video as proof of another shooter at least. All you see is a guy with a rifle ducking for cover just as everyone else did at the moment the firing continued and the few people the camera focuses on a couple of yards away from him all keep their back turned to him. If he opened fire right behind them you'd expect more shock there.

Grief stages according to the GOG forum

1. Yeah, that's terrible, anyway you guys do realise Trump is an asshole, right?
2. Guns are just tools with multiple uses, not at all made for killing!
3. Some grassy knoll insanity
