Sildring: I'm sorry for being "that guy" but I really don't understand how people can be so hyped about paying 50$ for 3 old games. There is a kind of fanaticism around Nintendo properties that can be quite scary at times...
Well with those games they are very hard to find without paying a lot of money for them especially with Super Mario Sunshine where that game is going for up to $60 bucks for that game by it self on Ebay while the collection is $20 per game. Mario 64 and Mario Galaxy are the only two games out of the 3 that are reasonably priced on Ebay. Also I think that this is good for those who want to get legit copies legit updated copies of games to use better control schemes ex Mario Galaxy. Yeah nostalgia also plays a part in this as well.

The worse thing is that nintendo fanatics keep rebuying the same old games on new consoles.

That's because of the scalpers "created" by Nintendo's artificial scarcity..

Darvond: but Mario wasn't made to be tight.
Yes it was... SMB 1 on the NES was revolutionary in the unusual level of control it gave you.

Right because Nintendo could have released GameCube games on the E-Shop like they did With Wii games.

Roman5: Because they know they can get away with it

SEGA releases 50 of their old games on one collection for a low price, Nintendo will never, EVER do anything like that

Elmofongo: HEY ROMAN5 YOUR BACK!!!

Haven't seen you in ages.
I was back months ago mang, maybe I should make a new thread or somethin so that people would notice that I'm not dead

Yeah, they definitely could have done. Nintendont proves that the Wii (and Wii U) are capable of loading GC games directly off the SD card or USB pen/hard drive.

Well you were not present in the day of prophecy finally arriving.

Morrowind was finally released on GOG.
I'm really excited about this. I'm also a tad salty they didn't include Galaxy 2.
Well this announcement achieved at least one thing... it got me to fire up my hacked Wii U and get Nintendont working.

oh cool, I am thinking about hacking some of my nintendo consoles.

It's well worth it, especially on the Wii U. It can natively play GC, Wii and Wii U games and can emulate the rest.

I want to get a wii U sometime to mod, waiting for one for a good price on cragslist

They're about £80+ in the second hand shops here. The PS Vita is almost the same.

Does anyone know if Wii motion plus drivers were released for the PC. I remember basic remote drivers quite soon after the Wii was released but the motion plus upgrade made the remote a proper 6DOF controller.

I hope they come out with a Paper Mario/RPG compilation. I missed out on those too.
