What about collaboration with Avast!, so it does not go haywire about malware on 1.2.29.28 Galaxy, eh?

I am not going to change Avast! to anything else, also setting exceptions is not an option - I don't care that much about Galaxy(who for real might be malware - who knows?), to tamper wth antivirus settings. Either deal with Alwil Software and work out what should be done about this, or fix virus(sometimes those warnings are real).
Are any of you looking at the forum before you make these threads?

There are almost a dozen of them now. :P

Maybe if they allowed us to turn off auto updates so this didn't happen we wouldn't be making these threads.

Or you could just not use Galaxy.

I don't.
And how does that work when trying to install a game like Gwent?

good point :P

Thank god I don't have any friends to MP with. XD

Okay yeah, that's pathetic and sad, but at least it means I don't have to use Galaxy, and I've always believed that you need to accentuate the positive. ;P
The only fix has been to completely uninstall AVG and go against my better judgement and install Kasperky... At least I was able to reinstall Galaxy and get my games reconnected... So Frustrating though.

Give me a reliable search feature and I won't mindlessly post threads.

This post doesn't even shows under my posts and I've found it in my browsers history... :(
At least there is new version of Galaxy, that might have fixed things to how it was before that update.

Have you considered that most antivirus solutions are really overzealous?

We don't recommend either AVG or Avast since their parent company got caught selling off their user data.

Wow, Avast had a false positive again?

I swear, every single forum on the internet has at least one person claiming Avast was triggered by something...a bird flying by, the sunrise, fog, humidity, any software ever written.

I'm surprised that Avast hasn't reported itself as malware yet, it seems to think everything else is.

When will people stop using that shitty, free false alarm?
