In Downtown, I cannot use the elevator or the air ducts to complete the game. This has only happend to me as a malkavian. Is there a solution? I went back to a save that was in Downtown, but not Santa Monica.

Is this in the skyline apartments? Sometimes the buttons are a bit buggy. Inch over them carefully, and the icon for the floor will pop up. When it does, quickly click on it.

It would help if you mentioned if you are playing with any mods, which version of the UP patch you are using, and if you modded the game while playing. You also don't mention which elevators or ducts.

With all that said, some of the ducts in Skyline are locked, and one is blocked off. The elevators require you to wait until all the doors are closed, then another second or two, and THEN you can mouseover the tiny buttons for the floors. Also remember that if you are "standing" while climbing a ladder you need to "crouch" before entering some of the ducts.

Just open the console and type noclip. When you reach your destination repeat process to return to normality.
