So recently I've been gathering up all of the Lego like games that allow for vehicle building and testing seeing as the official Lego Worlds game only allows for pre-made vehicles

I'm familiar with Keebles but that is only for rocket development
I've been previewing games that allow for land , sea and air vehicles

At the top of the list is Trailmaker as it's the furthest along, has the most workshop support and provides the simplest and most practical tools for model building

Second is Scrap Mechanic whose building system is a bit more convoluted however well worth taking the time to learn because end results can be as elaborate as your own functioning AT-AT

Third runner up you might not have noitced but it's worth a call out: Make Sail
there are four other similar games currently in development Raft, The Last Leviathan, From the Depths & Storm Works but with Beta updates adding Creative mode Make Sail is currently the furthest along and features the easiest modeling tools.

One final game I want to point out comes with a semi-easy modeling interface but hasn't bitten off more than it can chew so it's the quickest to build and test against others online in.
Brick Rigs is indeed the underdog of the lot (considering other games not mentioned here as well) but it's still probably the most user-friendly and approachable cutting out the more elaborate headaches of having to justify all moving pieces (From the Depths being the most convoluted and requiring that you remember how to put all the parts of an engine together correctly while fighting with four or five different camera mode options).

As suggested there are many others not mentioned however they require you to 'earn' your pieces before you can take them into a sandbox or else their systems take too long to learn; anticipating hobbyists who intend on focusing on that one particular game only for a very long time and ignoring all other new game releases.
Grabbed Last Leviathan while it was on sale this week

Think it has Make Sail beat so far
