Welcome, weary travellers; pull up a chair and grab a drink, because you now have an opportunity to partake in some of the best adventures computer role-playing can offer! That's right, it's none other than the Might and Magic series!
Do you love classic cRPGs that focus on exploration, or perhaps just slaughtering countless armies of enemies and stealing all that sweet loot? Then these are the games for you!
I think it's finally time that I give a little bit back to the original community here, as you guys have been very generous to me in the past- and with the current sale- I could think of no better way of starting than with one of my favorite franchises of all time.
So here we go! This is how it's ganna roll. I have the entire Might and Magic bundle to give away here, so that includes Might and Magic 1-6, 7, 8, and 9. That is what is up for grabs here. I will select the winner randomly.
But first, a few ground-rules:
1) To enter, simply state that you are in- but if you are so inclined, tell me a bit about why you are interested in these games; hardly a point in giving them away to someone who will never play them. Or, you can tell about some of your favorite cRPGs.
2) Anyone may enter, but I reserve the right to ignore entrants that I feel are not applicable (aka shady accounts or people who haven't been around for long.)
3) The keys are yours for the taking; you may trade, gift, or redeem them- they are yours. That being said, I would like it if the winner is actually interested in playing these gems.
And also, it's worth addressing that if you already own one or more of the games in this bundle, you may still enter- but it would be really nice if you were to give the left over key(s) to another person who entered. I'm not saying you have to- you could keep the extras and do with them as you please- but I think it would be a nice gesture.
I will let this run until this Saturday, December 16th- at which point I will randomly select the winner. So feel free to enter up until that point.
So, I would like to thank you all for taking the time to read this far, and good luck to the entrants!

**Super Secret Special Giveaway**
Don't like RPGs? Not feeling Mighty, or Magical today? Well.... okay, here's what I'll do for you. If you don't want to participate in the above giveaway, here is a second option. I will gift any GOG game or games up to $5 (or as close to $5 as possible if you want multiple games). To enter in this giveaway, the above rules apply, and it will end at the same time; December 16th. To enter, just specify that you are in for the Super Secret Giveaway! ... or just say, in for the $5 game.
Note: Please only enter for one of the giveaways. I know it's confusing to have 2 in one, but I figured I would offer something for those not interested in Might and Magic.
I think I got the whole enchilada during the cyber monday sale. The only one I don't have is the Chapters one.

I'm actually very interested in Might & Magic... but only Heroes of :D Which is why I'm in for the secret special giveaway, it would be a great opportuinity to get HoMM 2,3 and 4 (I think those add up to below 5$ while the sale lasts). I've been thinking of replaying those for a while, and actually own a physical release of 2 and 3 but it's a Polish release, and I absolutely hate the translation. It's really poor and kills any mood or immersion those games should have.

Thanks for the generous double giveaway!

I'm in for Might & Magic 9. It's the only Might & Magic game I'm missing and I want to complete the collection. I've also always been a fan of fantasy games. So I'm sure I'd enjoy Might & Magic 9 too. If I win, I will give away the remaining 8 games to someone who entered your giveaway and didn't win.

That is nice of you, advancedhero. I have been looking at Might & Magic for quite some time.

Oh, yes, I am in! I am curious about the "old" grid-based CRPG games. Eye of the Beholder, Dungeon Master, Ishar and Lands of Lore... I'm sure there are many more I am ignoring. I wonder, should the developers have a more limited engine, perhaps they will focusing on building a richer world, a more interesting story, more meaningful interactions... or not? That is what I would like to find out.

Might & Magic is so talked about, and usually in a very positive way. It also has a very long history. I am interested in the history of videogames (hey, I like history!), so I would be willing to play them all — I'm quite sure I won't finish them all, especially the earlier ones that may have a less polished user interface and the older games were more in the habit of demanding a lot from its players (to not use the word "punishing"), but I would give them all many hours of playing and no game will be ignored.

I already have the Heroes of Might and Magic collection. How related are these games? Did they diverge? Let us find out!

For the record, my favorite CRPG would be Ultima Underworld. It had a great and rich world. If only the window was larger... The map was also very good.
I'm in, because I'm a fun Heroes of Might and Magic III and want to be aware with origin-series.

Though the game styles were different, the story did connect between the homms and mm games. IIRC, homm 1 and 2 are followed in plot by mm6, then homm 3 and mm7. For example, there's a fight for the throne in homm2, and we learn who won in mm6. There's also talk of the queen in mm6, whom we learn more about in homm3. mm3-5 were their own storyline, though we do learn more about them in mm7.
i am in. I got first 6 pack and love to play others
Awesome! 9x +1

I, however, have all of the Might & Magic series (including #10) on top of having played almost all of them when they were first released. Ah, happy graph paper memories! So not in for that.

Think I own or have played ever HOMM game up through 6, and beta-tested 7? 3,2,5 are probably my favorites. Maybe. Memory getting fuzzy.

The mystery GA isv ery tempting...will see what's on sale from my WL going into the weekend but probably passing on that too.
+1 & ty for amazing giveaway

I'm in for 5$ game
