I just bought Hearts of Iron III, for like under 5 dollars U.S.
Already Addicted.
I chose A country that doesn't exist now, I don't think.
With luck, I'll conquer most of the Countries.
Gawd I love these kind of games. Thinking, but not thinking...

If you like Paradox game and the Hearts Of Iron games and want even deeper there are always games like War in the east and other Slitherine titles.

Do not play if you're a control freak that wants to micromanage everything. You can, but it's a ton of work.

Unless you're USA, USSR, or Germany, just skip armor. It ain't worth the trouble. Go hard on infantry and support art.

Since Paradox is starting to release some of their major Grand Strategy titles on GOG, I wonder if we will ever see EU4, HOI4 or CK2. A EU4 Grand Master/Complete edition would be nice since the game has a astronomical amount of DLC.
