Not sure if a post about this already exist, but there are a number of spam reviews about strange topics... like circumcision and perfect boys :D

That's a funny read, but is becoming endemic, and something should be done.
Speaking of which, I forgot to leave a review after my circumcision.

Seriously though, GOG should do something about lots of things. Including spam reviews.
the circumcision ones have been taken care of. Where are the perfect boy ones?

Order reviews by most recent.

I've found others on other games too quite recent.

Looks like they targeted a range of games that are linked from the main page. Did you contact support as well?
So, which brand(s) of spam is best?

https://www.spam.com/ Seems 'Spam' in itself was a brand name. How typical English (see Hoover, Wellingtons and more).

Like i said in the other thread, GOG need to deal with this fast. Not just "hope" that they will go away. lol

This spammers if you give them freedom, like they have now, there'll be more and more of them. As of right now, it;s only the beginning. Maybe just a couple of guys. maybe even just one. But there'll be more. That's how it starts.

I used to be a mod and admin on some public and private forums. I've seen this, I had to deal with this myself. Just simply deleting accounts and posts wont help.

Praytell then, what magic card do you wish for GOG to summon?
No idea technically... But stopping anyone without at least a non-free game in library from reviewing?

This should reduce the problem.

Generally the ones that don't tell you to whack your weenie off.
Hopefully the spam will end soon.

Wanted to let you all know that we are aware of the problem and are currently working on the best way to deal with it. Hopefully this will also prevent similar cases from happening in the future.
