Hi, im writing this on behalf of my friend (and myself since i did the same thing as a test)

We created an account with the @gmai.com suffix instead of @gmail.com, We both then changed the emails to the correct one but after a few hours we lost access to the account and noticed that the account under the correct email no longer exists but the one under the wrong email still does exist, but the password was changed and neither of us can access them.

In his case he redeemed a code for Cyberpunk before noticing that the email he used was wrong while trying to log into GOG galaxy, in my case i changed the email, submitted a support ticket related to his case and now 4 hours later can no longer access said account which is named Seraphziel (hence the 2).

He has also submitted a support ticket, so i would like to know if i need to reach out to any moderator or if anyone knows how long we would need to wait to receive assistance from the support team.

Thanks
No, the support staff are no longer accepting requests on the forums nor seeking it on the forums any longer.

If you've submitted a ticket, you'll just have to wait until Monday morning. GOG don't work no weekends.

Seraphziel2: In his case he redeemed a code for Cyberpunk before...
So bought from a grey market site most llikely. Could be a part of the issue there.

Edit: seen this before
Edit2: oh wait, gmai.com - either spammers or idiots
