How are you "installing" it, is it via galaxy? If so, download the files from the website and install that way. It definitely should not take anywhere near that to install, so I presume you are using galaxy to download and install which has likely broken somewhere.
Well, dlc installment is included in that time frame, but would I get achievements and track game time using galaxy if I use classic installers?
When I use the classic installers (except old, pre-Galaxy versions) and have the client running, it auto-detects the installation. (I don't know whether that would work with any destination folder; I always install to a subfolder of C:\Games, which is also set as Galaxy's installation folder.) If that fails, there should be a scan/import facility in the client.

Depends on your internet connection speed and the GOG servers... I got "rural" internet (only 12 MBit/s if I'm lucky, most of the time it's 8-10...) and I usually download bigger games during the night...

Of course, if you have the installers downloaded, it's a lot faster to install from them, and then let Galaxy do its little import/check/update dance.

PS:
If you install through Galaxy you should see download speed and progress in the left bottom corner. Also note that by default Galaxy stops all downloads when you play a game (I guess not to hamper multiplayer). So if you played all the time this could explain, why you get no progress. That behaviour can be turned off in the options btw... Which I strongly recommend if you play single player games and want to install games at the same time in the background.

Well, you have them now, 4 hours wasted using galaxy, and achieved nothing at the end, bingo. My mistake anyways, I thought the point was to play the game.

There is not a game in the world big enough to take that long unless the pc was made in 1401.
Well the game is called Pillars of Eternity.
