hi, i am having login problems since GG added the awfull captcha, i tried 3 browsers: FF latest version and chrome latest version and good old IE 11x cause when everything fails this old dinosaur usally saves the day.

I am having it since nov-dec 2016, contacted support but support is not that fast....
so i sighed and waited and waited....

To make sure its at their site i tried my 3 browsers: IE and chrome are without any plugin or addon but that is not the thing, thing is they (GG) kinda 'messed' up with the captcha thing addition.

now i have 1 login try left and i dont know what these guys will do....
I send a mail but no reply, normallky i get a reply within 1 to 3 minutes telling me that they recieved the request, now they send nowthing, so i am .... again :D

Is there anyone here who still has an account there, and did you had any troubles lately.
I am only having problems loggin in at GG, gog and steam and all other like it are 100% error free.

edit: 15 minutes passed and nothing, zilch nada nichts, its a shame....
ofcourse it is weekend and weekdays the service is so so and weekend is terrible........

I have a nice little collection of drm free casualgames thats why i am concerned, if i had 20 games i would leave it and take my lossess.

But it is always so frustrating , everytime you login in i wonder: what will happen today? what error? what game wont be avail for downloading because of some' errors' ..... GG is not reccommended for people with a weak heart cause you wont make it with all the stress ...

Even steam (the 'bad 'guy) is less stressfull then GG ...

Just tried using a browser and machine that I've never used to log in there before: no issues (new Win10 rig using Opera 42.0)

I just tried logging in on a browser that I have never used for GamersGate before and it worked just fine. I even downloaded one of my games without issue.

well then they .... my account, 1 hour later and no replies that they even received my mail.
Usually you get an automated respond telling that they received it.

edit: i did asked for a new password which they never send (their mistake not mine)
so i entered the new pasword and they never sended a confirmation, apparently it was accepted but since these guys did not notify me in a mail it was, i assumed the old one was still valid.

mistake nr 2 ( theirs)

now mistake 3:
i tried chrome and they started to claim i might have malware which is boloney cause i have KAV and MBAM actively watching my system :D so thats 3 strikes for GG

when shits happens they always blame their user first, but i know better, so now i got 2 missess in FF i guess GG has stocks in google chrome cause....

But i dont want to use chrome , it worked before so GG has to make it work again.

update: it worked exactly one time , just logged in and voila the problems are back and there is still no mail in the mailbox, nice support GG has.

They should not fix what isnt broken :D
But they did, and they forgot to fix what really is broken, maybe they dont like customers asking too much, but hey if they make sure there are almost no problems then users dont have to ask for help.
GG staff isnt that friendly (the paid staff that is) the volunteer is okay.

Anyway i am stuck with a non functional website at GG, nice job.
If it was my problem i should have had problems with all my sites but i don't , so its obvious they have a problem, but are fraid to admit....



update:

able to login again after pw reset ...

now lets hope the captchas dont mess up again :D
