It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Is anyone else having login issues on gog.com or in gog galaxy? In gog galaxy I keep getting the "Oops something went wrong error, Click below to login into Galaxy" but the rest of the window is black. I've been having this issue for a few days, then yesterday I was able to login but lost my login while playing gwent. In gog.com I get the endless spinning wheel

MonsterAttack: [...] In gog.com I get the endless spinning wheel
Is this endless spinning wheel happening after you enter your credentials? An endless spinning wheel is often a sign that something (javascript) that should be allowed is being blocked -- for example, if GOG decided that you need to go through a google captcha, everything related to that must be allowed. What browser are you using, and do you have any privacy add-ons installed? If yes, make sure that you're allowing everything that GOG.com requires for the login to go through.

I don't use GOG Galaxy, so can't comment on that.

I get the spinning wheel when I click on signin, I don't get the popup box to enter my credentials

I get the signin issue in Edge and on a new install of Chrome only on my desktop. On my laptop I have no issues with both Galaxy and signing in to gog.com

I was able to login using firefox on my desktop, which allowed me to make this response.

Edge settings are synced between my laptop and desktop

Hmm, it's strange that you're having issues using a fresh install of Chrome (which is GOG's preferred browser).

I'm not really familiar with Edge and syncing settings between systems, but maybe the syncing has gone bad? That still doesn't explain why Chrome didn't work though, or why Firefox did.

From personal experience, sometimes GOG.com misbehaves on one browser and not on another/others, and then the issue goes away at some random point in time.

Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
In a browser, check your content blocking add-ons, and whatever built-in tracking or privacy protection feature the browser may have.

For GOG Galaxy, check your firewall permissions and your HOSTS file.

Check the other threads on this topic in the GOG Galaxy forum. There are a few right on the first page.
The issue I'm trying to fix is the one associated with Galaxy since I cannot play Gwent without galaxy being connected. From a browser perspective, I'm ok using Firefox. Since both browsers and galaxy seem to connect to auth.gog.com, only Firefox seems to be able to connect, there's an error in the galaxy client logs and in Chrome and Edge I get a timeout error. If it would be my firewall, then it wouldn't work in Firefox either.

I've opened a ticket with CDProjekt, so let's see if they have a solution

That's not how firewalls work, not the good ones at least.

If you haven't already done so, be sure to zip up the C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs folder and attach it to your support ticket.

Good luck.
