Grargar: Battle Worlds: Kronos
Costume Quest
ELEX
Ori and the Blind Forest
Stacking
The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

Unfortunately, I only have backups for the English manuals of Battle Worlds - Kronos:

Extended Manual: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6stv9kk5uimb207/Extended%20Manual.pdf
Weapons Manual: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sauzwxdlrbosm1g/Weapons%20Manual.pdf
OK, fixed the links.

I downloaded the ones from archive.org and put on my dropbox, since archive.org can be slow sometimes.

Done. Thanks!

• Missing manual. Replacement available here.

Grargar: An update here. The manual is also located in the game's installation folder. In addition, the 5th anniversary version of Oblivion came with a digital map that GOG isn't offering. I have uploaded it to my Dropbox account; your call if you want to use it:

Done and done.

Thanks. Added to appendix B.
An important announcement: Whenever I've tried to add new games to my gogmix over the past 2 weeks, the green wheel turns round and round, but nothing happens. The same happens if I attempt to modify an existing entry. I initially thought this had to do with the size of my gogmix and thought to make a part 2 to verify, but I can't create a new gogmix either (the button doesn't work). I have no idea if this will be fixed, or if they totally broke it because they're going to scrap the whole gogmix thing soon(tm), but in the meantime I cannot add anything to the gogmix, or even edit it. I'm going to check periodically to see if it gets fixed or the gogmix system is deleted (whichever happens first), but I don't have high hopes.
Of course this is a problem for visibility, because my gogmix is atm more visible than ZFR's thread to people just surfing (given it appears in the pages of the games it includes), and not being able to edit it means it isn't going to include new releases, which keeps the exposure of the thread reduced. What can one do though...*shrug*

P.S. I thought a bit about using alternative avenues to post the missing manuals info (e.g a website, or a Google Docs type file - whichever is more viable), but this would only solve the hosting of the info problem (as ZFR seems to run out of space in the thread as well), but probably wouldn't help with the visibility problem.
GOGmixes might be broken, but we can still try to maintain the thread. The newly-released Shadows: Awakening is missing its manual. It can be found here:
https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/steam/apps/585450/manuals/ShadowsAwakening_Manual_PC_UK_ONLINE-STEAM.pdf

Replace UK with DE for the German version.

Thanks. Added.

We are dangerously close to running out of space. Might have to open a new thread if this continues.
I've found Prehistorik 1 and 2 manuals:

http://www.oldgames.sk/en/game/prehistorik/download/9420/
http://www.cpcwiki.eu/imgs/6/66/Prehistorik_2_instructions_final.jpg

That's one item off Appendix A.

Thanks!

However...

...isn't this exactly the same as the "prehistorik 2 reference card" included in the extras of the game?

Yes, you're right.
It also contains the exact text that is included in this transcript of the manual
http://pcoldgames.tripod.com/images/prehistorik2_manual.txt

From the box photos it looks like no other manual came with the game. It can be removed from the list then.

ZFR: Shadows: Awakening
• Missing manual. Replacement available here.
The manual has been added to the game's goodies, so it can be removed from the list.

The Bard's Tale (2004) is a spinoff of the eponymous series. From inside the game, you can also launch the original trilogy in emulated form and the version sold here, comes with manuals and quick reference cards for the original trilogy. It also comes with cluebooks for Bard's Tale I and III, but curiously missing one for II. It's also missing the maps that were originally provided by Interplay. The missing items can be found on the site below (select the game of interest from the sidebar on the left):
http://bardstale.brotherhood.de/talefiles/

The Bard's Tale Trilogy is a remaster of the original three games. Despite that, it comes with absolutely no extras. The same link I posted above still applies.

Just noticed that I missed this last post. All updated now. Thanks.
I just saw Syndicate Plus doesn't have a manual according to its game card. Can anyone confirm? Is the manual found in the game folder?

My physical CD copy comes with a American Revolt expansion booklet and the original manual on CD.

The storepage does mention the presence of a manual/reference card. Are you accessing the site via a smartphone, perhaps?
